Group Fitness Classes

Group classes at VALT Sports are a fun social experience that allow you to get a great workout in 1 hour. Taught by certified instructors and adaptable for all levels of fitness, most classes take place in the indoor studio but sometimes are outside along the river when the weather is nice. Our classes are generally somewhere between three (3) and ten (10) people,  and allow you to have a very personal experience with the instructor for much less than the cost of private one on one training.  Below are descriptions of our current class offerings.  

VALT FitCamp

A circuit training class that focuses on an all round combination of cardio, core, and strength training.  Fitcamp classes are offered Monday – Thursday at 7pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm.
